I appreciate the aligning of DTExec and DTLoggedExec parms, but....

DTExec requires spaces after the parm tags, e.g.,

/SQL "servername"


but you've made DTLE require a colon...


Thus, command lines are STILL not compatible.  Unless I'm missing something.

yes, DTLoggedExec need a colon to separate param name from its value. This is due to the library I used to parse command line parameter. I mean that DTLoggedExec and DTExec have compatible parameter to make clear that, beside the colon character, the majority of DTExec paramter are supported by DTLoggedExec, are named in the same way and work in the same way. Basically, if you take your DTExec command line, and put colons between parameter name and paramter value everything works again, with no additional changes needed (except if you want to used additional DTLoggedExec features like DataFlow Profiling)
