DTLoggedExec has stopped working

I am executing this command  and i am getting a msgbox staying that DTLoggedExec has stopped working. I am executing this is in server.

I have created the database perfectly and located the file as mentioned in the command line.Where i am wrong i dont know. ? could you help me.?

Sure I'll try to help you.

After you get the msgbox with the "Stopped Working" error, you should also see some more detailed error (a .NET Exception) in the Command Prompt where you executed DTLoggedExec. IF you could post that, I can give you some advice.

RN: Assembly binding logging is turned OFF.

Ok I see. It's a binding error due to the fact that you're running on SQL Server 2008 and DTLoggedExec is trying to use SQL Server 2005 assemblies (this has ben done to allow execution on all platforms)
